Twins Fibre 3 Gbps package provides an average download speed of 3000 Mbps, which is faster than all other providers listed.
Virgin Media, Openreach, Hyperoptic, G Network, 4th Utility, FibreNest, Hey Broadband, Gigaclear, OFNL, Pure Fibre, and Switch Fibre offer a maximum download speed of 1,130 Mbps or less.
Since March 2022, our network has maintained an uptime of over 99.9% each month. We measure this data across all homes connected to our network.
Our broadband service is different from other providers. We have our own dedicated fibre optic network that is built, owned, and operated by us. We use advanced technology to deliver 100% full fibre broadband directly to your home. This means that you can enjoy the fastest and most reliable broadband connection available in London!
Theoretical measures rely on the capability of both the path through the internet to the server and the server itself to support these speeds.
Our advertised speeds are based on a wired (Ethernet) connection to a single device plugged into your router. However, various factors such as the distance from the router, wall thickness, and interference from other devices can affect your WiFi signal. Therefore, having more speed means multiple users can connect their devices at the same time without compromising quality.
If you prefer the convenience of WiFi and need to improve your current signal or achieve guaranteed WiFi speeds throughout your home, we offer a new service called “WiFi in Every Room.” Our engineers will guarantee WiFi coverage in up to five bedrooms or 12 rooms across a maximum of three floors. If we fail to deliver, we’ll give you three months of free broadband.
Our service aims to deliver the speed ranges advertised with our standard broadband packages. Additionally, our guarantee promises a minimum baseline WiFi speed of 35Mbps in every room.
