Our Calls service is designed to provide you with the ease of use and convenience of a traditional landline at a more affordable price. With no line rental charges, all you need to do is select the broadband package that meets your needs and add a call plan to create your personalized broadband and calls bundle.

Loads of benefits

Your call plan does not include international or premium-rate numbers (numbers starting with 0843, 0844, 0845, 0870, 0871, 0872, 0873, 09). Want to keep your current phone number? No problem, just fill out the form provided after checkout, and we’ll transfer your current phone number. Phone porting take 12 working days from the date of your Calls service installation. When porting is complete, we’ll contact you via email. We advise you not to cancel with your current provider before we have notified you; otherwise, you will lose your original number. You can use your Calls service for calls to all UK landline and mobile numbers, all UK Emergency Services and UK Freephone numbers. Please note that your Calls service depends on a working broadband connection and will not work in the event of a power or network outage – another method, such as a mobile phone, must be used in an emergency.

How it works

The technology​

Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) allows you to use your full fibre broadband for making phone calls. We provide a phone adapter that converts home phone signals into signals that your router can understand.

Unlimited calls​

Connect an unlimited number of devices to your TV account so that everyone can watch at the same time. Download the Twins Fibre TV app to stream unlimited films and TV programmes on your phone and tablet without any extra cost and never miss a thing.

In case of emergency​

To use our Calls service, ensure you have a working broadband connection and power supply for your phone adapter. Have a backup communication method in case of emergency, such as a mobile phone. Confirm your healthcare alarm is compatible with your internet connection.

You have the option to utilize either an indoor or an outdoor aerial to access live Freeview channels in your vicinity. If you’re lacking an outdoor aerial, we suggest using a versatile Freeview TV aerial suitable for both indoor and outdoor setups, or an indoor-only Freeview Aerial equipped with an Amplifier.

For channels like BBC One and BBC Two, an aerial is essential. But don’t stress; there’s a wealth of content, including HD channels and apps like Prime Video, Rakuten, and YouTube, that doesn’t necessitate an aerial

Yes, parental controls can be easily set up for channels and on-demand apps on your device.

Should you be a current Twins Fibre broadband user and desire to subscribe to Twins Fibre TV, a renewal of your present broadband contract is mandatory.

Each year, starting from the 1st of April, we reserve the right to adjust our service prices by an amount up to the Consumer Price Index (CPI) published by the Government in January of that year, plus an additional 2.9%.
